Changing or Updating Your Payment Method

If your current card is outdated, or you’d like to switch to a new one, you can easily update your payment method to avoid any interruptions to your Flocus Plus plan.

This is especially important if you’re on a legacy plan that’s no longer publicly available. Keeping your payment method up to date will ensure you don’t lose access to any locked-in plans.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log into your Accounts Dashboard.

  2. Select Manage Billing to access the billing portal.

  3. Under Payment Method, you can:

    • Update your existing payment details.

    • Add a new card and set it as your default.

Make sure your payment method is up to date and has sufficient funds to avoid any interruptions in your Flocus Plus plan.
