My Payment Was Declined Even Though Card Details Are Correct

If your payment isn’t going through or renewing despite entering the correct card details, here’s what you can do:

  • Check Your Card Details: Make sure your card hasn’t expired and that all details, including the number, expiry date, and CVV, are correct.

  • Ensure Sufficient Funds: Confirm there are enough funds in your account to cover the charge.

  • Contact Your Bank: If everything looks correct, your bank may have flagged or blocked the charge. Calling your bank or card issuer and clearing it with them can often resolve the issue.
