If you’re experiencing performance issues with Flocus, try the following steps to improve responsiveness:

Disable Animated Themes

Go to Settings → Extras and disable animated themes. This can reduce strain on your browser and improve performance.

Note: Disabling this setting means animated themes (like animated gradients) will no longer be visible or selectable under Themes.

Close Intensive Background Activities

Check if other activities like gaming, streaming videos, or running multiple heavy apps are slowing down your system. Closing these down can help your device and Flocus run smoothly.

Restart Your Browser

Closing and reopening your browser can free up resources and improve performance.

Restart Your Computer or Tablet

A full restart can clear temporary issues and free up memory.

Ensure You’re Using a Supported Browser

Flocus works best on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. See our full list of supported browsers and devices here.

Update Your Browser

Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser — updates often include performance improvements.
