Flocus offers different timer modes to suit your focus style. Here’s an overview of each one:

  • πŸ… Pomodoro: Structured work sessions with regular breaks. You work for a set period, typically 25 minutes, followed by a short break. After completing 4 sessions, you take a longer break.

  • ⏳ Countdown: A straightforward timer that counts down from your set focus time, ideal for timing tasks or working against a deadline.

  • ⏱️ Stopwatch (Count Up): A timer that counts up instead of down. Perfect for open-ended sessions, free-flowing work, or gamifying personal records to challenge yourself and track how long you can stay focused!

  • πŸ“Ί Animedoro: A variation of the Pomodoro technique with longer work sessions, followed by a break to watch an episode of your favorite show. Originally popularized by anime, but can be used with any of your favorite shows or YouTube videos!

  • πŸ•˜ 52/17 – Focus for 52 minutes, then take a 17-minute break. Great for those who prefer longer, uninterrupted work periods with a more substantial break to recharge.

Each timer mode is fully customizable to fit your workflow β€” you can update the durations for focus time and breaks in Settings β†’ Focus Timer β†’ Timer Lengths.
