Flocus lets you customize your timer to match your focus style. Whether you use Pomodoro, Countdown, Stopwatch, Animedoro, or 52/17, you can set up your tailored session in just a few steps.
1. Choose Your Timer Mode
Open the Flocus app.
Go to Settings → Timer.
Under Timer Mode, select your preferred mode from the dropdown.

2. Set Your Timer Lengths
Once you’ve selected your timer mode, adjust the durations to fit your workflow:
Pomodoro: Focus duration for Pomodoro or Animedoro.
Short Break: The duration of your short break between focus sessions.
Long Break: The duration of your longer break after completing a full Pomodoro cycle (4 focus sessions). For Animedoro, use this field to set your Watch time.
Countdown: The total duration of your focus session when using Countdown mode.
You can customize these lengths in Settings → Timer → Timer Lengths.
3. Start Your Timer in Focus Mode
Once your timer is set up, head to 💡 Focus Mode using the mode toggle at the bottom right of the dashboard. Need help? See our guide on switching modes!
Press Start to begin your session!
After completing your focus session, you can review your stats in Settings → Focus Stats. See your session count, focus time, and break balance to optimize your workflow.
