Changing Your Password

To change your password:

  1. Log into the Accounts Dashboard.

  2. Select Manage Account.

  3. Enter your new password, and confirm the new password.

  4. Save your changes.

Forgot Your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  2. Check your email for a reset link.

  3. Open the link and create a new password.

Once updated, you can log back into your account using your new password.

Password Requirements

Make sure your new password meets the criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long.

  • Includes at least 1 uppercase letter.

  • Includes at least 1 number.

We always recommend using a password manager to securely store your login details!
