If your Flocus dashboard is logging you out or not remembering your settings, try these steps:
Use a Recommended Browser and Device
Make sure you’re using one of our supported browsers and devices.
Log Out and Back In
Open the Flocus app.
Go to Settings → Profile.
Log out, then log back in.
Check Your Cookie Settings
Ensure your browser allows cookies to save your settings and session data:
Chrome: Go to Menu → Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and Other Site Data. Select Allow all cookies or add app.flocus.com under Sites that can always use cookies.
Firefox: Go to Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. Ensure cookies are not blocked or add app.flocus.com as an exception.
Edge: Go to Menu → Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. Allow cookies or add app.flocus.com under Allow.
Safari: Go to Safari → Settings → Privacy and uncheck Block all cookies.
Don’t Use Incognito Mode
Flocus is not designed to work in incognito or private browsing modes since these settings prevent your data from being saved.
